I liked protecting my Samsung Galaxy S20+ with this product, but unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations. I paired it with the Spigen Tough Armor Case and Spigen Tempered Glass Screen Protector and it fits really well. The installation went smoothly. The installation video and accompanying manual helped with the installation process, which took about 10 minutes. All the necessary tools were included in the box. I was initially impressed with the fit of the lens and was really blown away by the bonding/UV process. The first thing I looked for was a tempered glass product that would not interfere with using the in-screen fingerprint scanner. Unfortunately for me it was a failure. I know some reviewers have said it works, but unfortunately the scanner only works for me (10% of the time) if I press the screen very hard at a certain angle. This is after carefully adding multiple casts of the same finger at different angles and such. Overall I was still happy with the tempered glass as it seemed like a quality product and I was always able to unlock my phone using face recognition. But then. Problem 2: Screen cracked after 3 days of use Now, maybe my expectations of tempered glass were too high? (I'm willing to fix it.) But after three days of use, my phone fell off the couch about a foot and a half across the hardwood floor, and now I found myself with a dual-chip glass protector. That. I understand that it has done its job of protecting my screen? But I also find it very hard to believe that a 1.5ft drop onto hardwood (with Spigen Tough body armor) should cause the glass protector to crack. This calls into question the viability of tempered glass in general, or this product in particular. Luckily, this product comes with two pieces of tempered glass, so I'll try again. If the reinstall improves anything I will update my rating and star rating.
