Great for small business owners who need remote access to computer

I like that it is easy enough with software or an app without having any tech knowledge required from you! The customer service has been extremely helpful in my situation of needing some help regarding billing issues we were experiencing; they have made sure everything was resolved quickly which makes me feel good about their product/service overall!! We are not currently using this device (billing issue) but when our current system does fail again there will be no question what platform i'll use upon ressurection.
 Nothing at present - just making note so others can make informed decisions if needed down future paths!

Pros

Easy access once connected via internet connection..Easy payment transactions available as well..Ability too receive photos along side documents sent thru efax portal by simply emailing them directly into your inbox easy way around sending files through ethereal's website instead

Cons
