These are aftermarket (non-OEM Toto) flush levers, but they look the same as the Original Equipment Toto levers except the plastic case of the screw is white to contrast to black for OEM Toto lever. They're great, but with one annoying downside - too much dirt on the handles. Handles knock on the sides of the toilet during operation. The post holding the metal set screw is too long and too narrow to form a nice tight "axle". If that doesn't bother you then it's great value for money, but if you want the levers to work like stock then go for the OEM Toto (albeit twice the price). It bothered me enough to return them and buy OEM, but I'm pretty picky!
