Definitely the best solution I've found. Our kittens are a bit picky, they are 11 years old and a bit overweight. Both have digestive problems. By adding this to their twice-daily meals, their trips to the litter box became regular (I had a kitten who definitely had constipation issues). They are also much less likely to have indigestion/vomiting/hairballs. My only issue is that they enjoy it so much that they get dramatic during feeding. Luckily, they still happily eat the rest of their food. I give each cat 3-4 pieces (I break them in half so they eat slower) twice a day with pieces. I don't usually spend time on product reviews, but I think this one is worth checking out and hope it helps others.
