I love that it is easy to use for my clients as well! It makes managing events so much easier than doing all of this myself or having someone else do everything in-house (which has been our previous experience). The support team can be slow at responding sometimes but they are always quick with an answer when we need them most - which isn't often enough :P But once again their customer service skills make up for what may seem like slowness during peak hours/weekends etc.. They have helped us set things straight several times about how many people were attending vs registered attendees only because there was no way around not being able too track registrations accurately within one place rather then going back & forth between two different systems!! And also helps ensure everyone gets paid correctly from start till end.
