Waste of money, doesn't help
I sit at the computer all day which causes bags under my eyes. I bought it to try and help but it didn't do anything. I applied it day and night exactly as directed. I've been using it for 3 weeks now and don't notice any difference. That's some expensive crappy eye cream for you. It is best to simply use household remedies such as cucumbers or cold spoons. waste of money.
