I received these scissors to replace the lost scissors I bought with the Henckel knife block. I read the reviews and everyone liked it. It did not work for me. A couple of big issues. One is a pen. Without loops to insert fingers, they do not have a good grip when wet (e.g. when slaughtering a chicken). Also, they didn't cut through the bird's skin. Instead, he just chewed a little. I went through one side of the back and handed the scissors to my fiancé. "Please throw this in the trash." I picked up my chef's knife and finished the job.
