I bought this for my driver and passenger windows. It was the main PITA to install, but it made a HUGE difference. I was so hot driving home after 40+ minutes in direct southern sunlight. I hardly feel the sun on me when this is installed. I've also noticed that my car parked in the driveway doesn't get as warm inside as it used to. I will buy more to do rear windows. I found that drinking LARGE amounts of water made the task easier. I wasn't able to remove all of the blisters either, but they burned out within a few days of leaving my car in the sun.
