First off, this thing costs $14. Let's be realistic about our expectations lol. Appearance, size, shape and price are perfect. Still, the head just doesn't vibrate. Only the handle vibrates, which in turn does not affect the head. If you turn it on and look upside down, it's completely silent. Some people have complained about the size of the head, but that's a travel size, seriously. What is the surface area of your teeth lol? It's a good size for travel, but no better than a hand brush. To call this brush electric is a huge exaggeration. However, if you're just looking for an attractive, good value, compact travel toothbrush at a low price, these are great.
