Pleasantly surprised. Tried them for the first time today at the gym to make them break. I really feel like they could use a little more cushioning. However, they didn't hurt my legs. I highly recommend them for semi-flat/fully flat feet with partial arches. So if you have a higher arch, I would suggest enlarging your foot and adding an insole for arch support. If you have flat feet, they are perfect for you. They are very stylish and look cute! I expect them to be good for training because they are more like running shoes than running shoes.
