I liked the product for the first 2 weeks of use until it started to smell. I use this mug at work and bought it because it is essentially a touchless pouring spout. Every night when I got home, I wiped it off with water and a bleach solution and rinsed it off with very hot water. I work in the ICU and have a very strict cleaning schedule for all my work items. Despite my cleaning, there is a silicone seal inside the lid that is difficult to clean. Even after the lid has been submerged in water, drink residue will remain in this silicone, causing old moldy liquid to build up. For this reason the product is no longer used. That silicone doesn't come out either.
