The charger comes in an easy to open packaging. If you pull it out and follow the assembly instructions, it'll be ready for your car or truck in just minutes. I placed the charger in the air vent on the passenger side where it won't bother me while driving but is still easily accessible. On my first try, I was able to attach the mount to the vent so well that I didn't have to adjust or reattach it at all. There are a lot of bumpy roads in my area, but none of them caused the charger to disconnect from the air conditioner vent. I only use wireless chargers for my Samsung phone at home. The chargers do a good job, but they can't help me on the road. With this charger I can easily charge my phone during the day when I use my car. If, like me, you use the right cigarette lighter adapter for your phone, it can charge just as quickly as a home wireless charger. Many newer vehicles have an available USB port and you can use the cable provided to plug directly into the available port. Glossy switches on each side of the charger control the motorized clamps. You just grab your phone and release it with a light touch. It's easy to use and you don't have to spend time learning how to use a new device. The build quality appears to be durable and has performed well in the low and high temperatures of my car. 5 stars is the right rating for this device. Nice to use!
