I like how it's easy to use once you get started using it. It can be difficult at times to figure out what exactly one needs to do next. There are some features of the program that could be improved upon as well. We've seen an increase in sales since implementing this system into our pharmacy. Our customers love being able to order online from their home rather than having to come into the store. This helps them avoid traffic during busy hours and keeps more people inside where its warm!
