good monitor works well. The sound is a little weak, but I didn't buy it because of the speakers. The best part of the monitor is the customer service. I thought I installed the stand incorrectly (didn't install it) and wrote Sceptre. I received an email and a video response. Still not satisfied with the angle of the monitor, I answered. I received an email almost immediately explaining that I could tilt the monitor manually. Great customer service for a stupid problem I caused myself. Thank you Scepter!
