The gel is very cheap, I used it the first day I received it, the second day I had to redo it because it flaked off and the third day I am still there. Chip with a new fresh set from the second day. I don't like the gel that came with it. And the gel polishes there are very small, only suitable for a few applications. All in all you get a very good tool set for the price, which in itself is very expensive. I would have given 5 stars if the gel chipping wasn't so easy. Overall I'm very impressed with everything. This does not mean that the adapter has to use your phone or any other device adapter to connect to USB. FYI, you should make sure that you expose each coat of nail polish, including the base coat and top coat, to UV light. I leave it for two cycles of 120 or 120 and one cycle of 60 if I'm in a hurry. But again, buffing is a bit cheap, so be sure to get a nice, even finish.
