These bulbs fit and work like the new turn signal bulbs in my 1964 Amphicar. These bulbs make the original bulbs look like candles. The only thing I'd like to see are these bulbs (with waterproofing) in amber so I can use them in the taillights. I would also suggest amber if you are replacing the turn signal in your vehicle. These lamps are bright enough to break up the amber coating on the lenses and change color to a purer yellow when illuminated. From my research, I found that after trying these bulbs, the user should get a bulb of the same color as the application's lens. I haven't tested the waterproof part of the bulb yet, but I will when I get my car to the lake.
