Review on GIGABYTE Z390 LGA1151 Realtek Motherboard by Todd Gill

Gygabyte was initially one of the best branded boards I liked the most but they definitely gave up on this board, I have a Z390 Ganing X, the board doesn't lose memory set to the right spaces , 2×8 gigabytes 3000 MHz, same brand, all the same. If I just put an 8GB chip in it starts up but it keeps booting up and shutting down, I have an I5 9600k processor, Beast radiators, a Beast case but no matter what I do it doesn't rewrite, um Installing windows or freezes at post. Any ideas how to fix this?
