They are very similar to the Mediator toothbrushes we get for our teeth, maybe even more fragile. I was able to clean the rain shower head perfectly, but it took me 6 small brushes to finish 1 head. The small wire tips warp and bend very easily, but I was able to straighten them until the plastic holding the wire cleaning tip came loose and made it impossible to hold the brush any longer. I managed to clean about 10 nozzles before the plastic broke in half. I was expecting all of the shower heads in our house to be cleaned with maybe 3 or 4 brushes, but with a failure rate I could clean 1/3 of the heads with 1 pack of brushes.
