The cables are good. More flexible and easier to route cables in tight spaces than standard black ribbon cables. It's much easier to work in a small form factor assembly. I see some other comments and low ratings due to the short length. The length is approximately the same as the length of a standard Corsair SF Series power supply cable. They are simply made of better and more flexible materials, making them much easier to work with. I also see low ratings because people connect them to other brands of power adapters and cause problems for themselves. They are intended for use with Corsair SF power supplies only. Using them for something else is your fault. Modular power supply cables do not have a universal wiring diagram, so never use cables that are not manufactured specifically for your power supply. I also agree with the other comment that these should be the standard cables that come with the PSU. I would personally like that too.
