10 star shoes that won't break the bank

My wife and I hike everyday. She has arthritis in her hands and cannot tie regular boots so I wanted a Boa Lace boot. She loves these. She had me buy several pair so she has another when the first ones wear out. So far they are holding up really well. Better than a pair of $200 Asolos she used to wear. She puts them on the morning, we hike five miles and she leaves the, on the rest of the day. For my wife, she needed a 1/2 size up for the best fit.

No matter what features drew me to this boot, they are useless because they don''t close completely around the ankle. I have purchased and worn many of this type of boot over the years. Never had I had this problem. The shoelaces are barely adequate. It''s a shame, because had these features not been an issue, I''d''ve been happy with them.
