Review on UGREEN External Drive Enclosure 2 5Inch by Roy Boone

I connected this to my Mac mini with a 1TB Samsung EVO 850 SSD. UASP works fine as I can read SMART data from disk. The previous case/dock couldn't do this, so it's really good. The auto sleep feature is either disabled or the Mac ignores it. I always leave my Mac mini on. This drive contains my home directory (the internal drive is too small for my needs). When using the Mac, there is only a very short delay before I am prompted for the splash screen password. I don't see any disk disconnect notifications. So far it's been very stable. I'm seeing read and write speeds in excess of 350MB/s on an SSD via a USB-C connection, and that's what I expect for this SSD, regardless of the type of enclosure used. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
