They are so comfortable that I don't have to worry about the back coming off. I am 75 years old, have mild arthritis and am prone to dropping small objects. Very surprised I had no trouble getting them in or putting them on my back. I've been wearing them for almost a month now, including showering and sleeping with no problems. I'm ordering another pair for my granddaughter's thirteenth birthday in June and it will be the perfect gift for her! To be honest I wasn't expecting much for this price. I'm excited! Update: received 3 graded pairs in white. Rolling onto your back can be difficult when you have tremors (smiles). They are safe and very comfortable. My son arrived just in time for the last earring ❤They are exactly as shown in the pictures and the information is correct. Very happy with the graduated sizes and how they fit. Ideal!
