This is by far the best natural deodorant I've tried. I understand that different people have different circumstances, different organic structures, but this deodorant has worked brilliantly for me. To solve some of the issues I've seen others do: yes, it will stain light-colored clothing because it contains charcoal. However, it's so good at removing odor and moisture that I've just started wearing darker colored shirts. For light colors that smudge, I simply pretreat with a stain remover, wash and the stain goes away. Another downside I saw in the reviews is that some dispensers don't work. What I've found (and had a few that didn't work initially) is that if you heat the dispenser gently, the product will soften and then the dispenser will rise and fall as it should. As for the texture of the deodorant. Yes, it's a little grainy, but it doesn't cause any discomfort. I've used some other natural coconut and lime deodorants that got me very sticky (ugh!). So if I had to choose between the grainy feel of this deodorant or the all-day sticky feel, I would definitely go for the grainy one! Yes, this product is more expensive than a can of Degree deodorant you bought at Wal-Mart, but have you seriously looked at all the ingredients in any of these deodorants? It's worth the extra money to me knowing I'm using all natural ingredients on my skin and a product that works just as well as commercial products with chemical additives!
