This colored LED has by far one of the softest light sources of any softbox I currently own. As I'm constantly filming and taking photos I always need the right lighting and a flashlight helps me to create a very soft and natural light. This LED allows adjustment from warm white to cool white. With a 100W LED, the fan is quite quiet, and the whole system can be disassembled, a bold step, and easy to carry. While I wouldn't say it's the brightest for outdoor work, the backlit soft light is great for light shadows when it's not a very bright sunny day. I mostly use it indoors as it doesn't take up much space and illuminates the room nicely. The flashlight is very easy to fold, fits in a pocket and is very easy to carry. I have a feeling this flashlight might "work" for photography, but I haven't tried it yet as it doesn't have an internal baffle and I'm not sure how much spread there will be. Anyway, this is a great lighting system that I highly recommend for beginners and especially to use if you're on a tight budget 😃
