Feels great Quality construction

This is a good mouse, need to see how it helps with my growing wrist pain but feels good in hand and feels like 'quality'. I'm not keen on programmable mouse buttons - this could be a downside for those who want it. I ordered the 100+ Evoluent vertical mouse - it broke immediately so I returned it - and while it had a good hand position, it feels just as comfortable to me, but the "feel" of this mouse is way better than that a mouse. Hard plastic Evoluent. In fact, $100+ is much more reasonably priced for the Evoluent. I'm still experimenting to see if I like a small palm rest that can be placed on the bottom edge of the mouse. In context, my arm measures about 7-3/4 inches. A small note - they offer an extended warranty if you register a product - however if you have ordered multiple items with this mouse the Revain order number will be 'unrecognizable' so there is no way to register it to get an extended one to get guarantee. UPDATE: Have been using it for a few weeks now. I'm still not sure if this helps with wrist pain or not and while it's comfortable to hold, there are a few things if your hand is in this position when using the mouse, it's a bit more difficult, the mouse to move precisely around the screen. First, when you wiggle your wrist back and forth, the cursor arcs instead of moving linearly across the screen, which brings me to the second point - the vertical movement of the mouse up and down. When you're lying on a table in this position, it's not easy to get the mouse back in your hand unless you let go of your hand a little and move your whole hand back. With a "regular" mouse, you typically slide the mouse just a little under your arm. For a long time I can say that it is not as accurate as a normal mouse. Maybe it takes a lot to get the hang of it.
