Definitely better than regular mice for me - greatly reduces wrist discomfort. Convenient to use. After 3 weeks of use I had less wrist irritation (compared to years of using conventional mice). I like the feel of this mouse in my hand, the smooth glide, long battery life and lots of dpi settings. BUT there are a few minor annoyances. I have been using this mouse.
