It's lumpy, where the memory foam really conforms to the shape and you don't notice any lumps. Memory foam is more expensive and justifies the cost of this product. Chopped sofa foam sofa cushion is cheap and feels cheap. The bag itself is made of a nice, soft material. Feels durable. But is it the foam? I wouldn't have bought it if the name spelled the pillow's lumpy filling correctly.
