I like that this is easily accessible via my computer or phone at any time as long as it has internet access! This makes getting work done much easier when you need just 1 simple update from another employee instead of having to call them in person each day/week etc..

It would be nice if they also made more detailed information available such as specific dates the report was created so I can see how old it actually is (I know its not really important but i am curious). We have saved about 40% compared with traditional paper files which requires additional manpower to manage.
