I looked and looked and looked before settling on this chair and boy did I "wave and miss". I thought the seat was Naugahyde weave resynthetic. I wanted to stay away from that. Now, once assembled, the PITA's "bring it back" outweighs the sweatballs factor, so I shoved it onto my desk only to find that my arms didn't drop low enough to allow my elbows to type Keyboard can rest on it. I need to reconsider my life choices because the Lord Almighty has caused me some pain with this choice. It does not correspond either ergonomically or physiologically to what my "ideal chair" should be. Can anyone build a decent chair that doesn't have the straps loosening? Where are the armrests adjustable in height and width? Please point me in that direction if you know of this chair that doesn't cost more than $500. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE Now I know why the overall seller rating is so high. They reached out to see what was going on and directed me to a chair that was exactly what I wanted (but in a lot of detours I made to find something to sit in and "comfortably be productive " could, found nothing). They just sent me one that matched my design needs. Incredible customer service in a world where so many people are too busy to care about their customers. I would reward their efforts with bigger contracts if I were still able, so rest assured that they are the purveyor/dealer for anything worth a fuck.
