tons of FOAM. in sports nutrition

I bought it because after years of training I started to get joint problems. Since cooking bones takes forever I decided to give this a try. I have to say that my food tolerance is very high. I can swallow most foods if they are good for me. This bone broth powder is one of the hardest foods I've ever swallowed. Tons of foam formed after mixing the powder! It's the foam that made me sick. I don't know if the foam is good for me or not, so I force myself to swallow it anyway. It was extremely difficult. And I can taste the bone. It's not exactly tasteless. By the way, I didn't read the instructions, so I mixed it with water for the first time and tried to mix it with a spoon. It was an impossible task! It got very sticky (see second picture). I tried to make a chocolate smoothie out of it, no foam! The taste is pleasant! But very high in calories! (I thought it was about 600 calories! : Ingredients: coconut milk, dates, cocoa powder, and bone broth powder). I don't allow a smoothie to take up more than 1/4 of my daily calorie intake. So I tried mixing the bone broth powder with water a second time. Of course, a lot of foam has formed. I left it overnight and the foam reduced and I managed to swallow it in a few seconds (see last picture where I added turmeric, pepper and amal powder: things to eat every day). I have to say that it tastes very bad. I have a PC when the chocolate is on standby to mask the aftertaste. I'll keep drinking it anyway because I love my joints too much and need to move. My only problem is FOAM.
