I would like to give a 4.5. I use it in the desert in my buddy's trailer. I threw it over a support beam and hung it outside for outdoor lighting. I hooked it up to a 400w inverter that was hooked up to an old truck battery and we have outdoor lighting where there used to be only light from a lantern or campfire. It's simple but effective!
