Got the first one and hooked it up straight from my laptop to a working printer. It always gives an error message that it cannot print. Although he can clearly see the print on the computer, the cable does not allow him to properly connect to the print. ----- Requested a second one and exactly the same problem. ----- Three other shorter cables work fine, I only needed a longer one to eliminate the tripping hazard. ----- I tried the cable on 3 different printers and got the same error message each time. ---- Engaged and overdue but won. Do not buy from this seller again.
