Review on Espen VEC72120MR Electronic Ballast Circuline by Robert Espinoza
Replace ballast.
Because my lamp was of better quality than the new one I was able to buy. I replaced the ballast. Works great. And it saves me about $150 on a new lamp. Bought additional ballast as a backup. It was easy to replace.
