Review on πŸš— EPAuto 12V Car Add-a-circuit Fuse TAP Adapter Mini ATM APM Blade Fuse Holder - 10 Pack by Matt Wigfall

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is a good way to add a circuit without disturbing the vehicle's stock wiring.

PRO TIP -- It's very important to align it properly in the fuse box. You need to be sure that the wire leading to the side is on the "load" side of the fuse. Use a multimeter if you have one to determine which side it is. If you don't have a multimeter or want to double check, plug an extra circuit into the NO FUSE fuse holder. Then check for power, either to what you're trying to connect to, or to a tester, or whatever. It's normal - not exceptional, but normal. The wire is aluminum but decent enough for this application. Butt connectors are serviceable and good value for money, but if you want a "professional" job, cut them down and use shrink butt connectors to get a clean, watertight seal.
