Great construction paper

This is the kind of good quality construction paper you expect. It isn't highly sturdy--as is normal for construction paper--but it int a product that just falls apart, like low quality construction paper can. We used it to make pennants for a graduation garland that hung outside, under cover, during very rainy and damp weather. It held up great.
