Branch pipe broken off, replaced immediately
bracket broken off, I had to glue it back on. It was right where the metal sleeve enters the plastic case. Of course it was tightened early one morning and it broke immediately. I contacted the manufacturer and they immediately replaced the device. I hope they address the hub mount in future iterations.
