Do what we want.
Handy for straining over the sink. It's no harder or easier to clean than any strainer with tiny holes to collect dirt. I clean it immediately after use and have had no problems. We've only had him for a few weeks, but it looks like we're learning enough to keep going. I use it to strain yogurt (with cheesecloth inside), strain vegetables, and even toast some lighter items. We're glad we have it. Will revisit this review after longer use. WE LOVE THIS FILTER.
