It won't work with the docking station, but otherwise everything is fine.

I bought it so I can combine all the work with my home peripherals that have become a clutter on my system. I like the quality of the camera, the sound is quite good for the size of the speakers and the display quality is very good. That being said, I prefer a Dell docking station for a single USB-C connection to my laptop. The USB-C coming from the monitor is causing my Dell Precision laptop to give low power warnings (90W USB-C from the monitor) so I have to use the AC adapter with it and connect the laptop to the monitor. . I prefer the blue mic over the semi cheap one that's built into this monitor and connecting to monitors assuming USB3 causes some latency issues with the blue mic. I'll keep fiddling with it to make it work well. But the only reason I bought it was to simplify my setup, which isn't the case yet.
