I bought this and it doesn't hold together like it should, the parts of the base that connect the bottom to the arms that hold the laptop come loose easily and once they do it's game over. I have a $4000 Dell Precision 5540 and I can't drop it and damage it. So I will have to look for another solution as I have never heard of the exchange from the company.
