Works as advertised! A great addition to your camera if you don't like wearing your camera with a strap around your neck. So you have both hands free during training. The camera doesn't wobble when you strap it on and doesn't fall out when you lean forward. Things to look out for: Depending on how heavy your camera is and what type of backpack you're attaching it to, you may need to store your backpack. slightly padded to balance the weight. It didn't cross my mind at first, and when I went camping light, my pack kept sliding forward. The mount doesn't fit standard tripods (mine at least), which is good considering the design, but you'll need to carry a separate attachment with you. All in all I would definitely recommend this!
