Well packaged to avoid damage in transit, easy to install if you cut out an area that fits the dimensions shown, the bottom is untouched and protected so you won't easily damage the gas lines, or if there are wires or anything, they are not easy to damage. A good, clean pan protects the bottom, grills are cast iron and durable like professional restaurant grills. I unboxed it and installed it in 20 minutes max, they even provided teflon tape to fix leaks. All I needed was a wrench to connect the included gas line and regulator and hook it up to my propane, thanks. The flame is big and healthy and can be adjusted to the minimum very easily.
