Review on Chrome Motorcycle Handlebar Master Cylinder Motorcycle & Powersports and Parts by Deandre Vogt

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Cheap part but may not be as good as OEM.

The chrome is very thin and has some imperfections despite being new. The hydraulic clutch master cylinder is not pushing enough brake fluid to fully depress the clutch on my bike. It is fully bled and the clutch slave cylinder is also new, only the part is not pushed enough. The bike just wants to roll forward a little while holding the clutch with that master cylinder. I have to pull the clutch as hard as I can until it pushes through the foam a bit to disengage the clutch. I only bought this to replace mine for cosmetic reasons, not because the original didn't work, so I'm fully aware that this part is to blame. Makes it difficult to shift the bike into neutral with the engine running due to the slight pressure on the gears due to the clutch not being fully depressed. This is from a '83 Honda Shadow 750. This bike has a very large clutch slave cylinder, even larger than the one on my '95 Ninja 1100, so I assume it will work well with other bike models.
