I used Back Bay Runner 60 headphones and I really liked these headphones. It's definitely incredible value for money. It features touch controls, stabilizing ear hooks, solid build quality, 8 hours of battery life, 72 extra hours with case, great case and IPX7. All for less than $50! Sound quality 7/10. No, this is not an audiophile sound signature, but it is exceptional! The high frequencies are crisp and clear. The mids are well detailed. The base is very strong and assertive. Unfortunately, Bass Boost spoils the sound. I like this intention, but unfortunately it can overwhelm the overall sound. It would be better if they had an equalizer through the app to even out the sound. The good news is that there's more than enough bass to satisfy most tastes without being overpowered. Without Bass Boost Headphones Runner 60 - 8/10. . One thing to note is that I have a second pair because the first pair I got from Revain had an issue with the left earbud losing connection. I contacted Back Bay's customer service team and they sent me a new pair right away! Customer service 10/10. I appreciate the quick replies and the actions they took. They emailed me and contacted me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. They support their product and their customers!
