The suction cup melted on the plate when first used. It was in direct sunlight for maybe two hours while driving. And it was 30 degrees outside. Very disappointing.

This phone holder is not universal. I have a pop jack on the back of my phone and it doesn't seem secure in the mount. The thickness of the phone is not taken into account, the length and width are universal, not the depth. I can't return it as I've already thrown away the packaging. Definitely disappointing considering it was advertised as generic

I bought this based on reviews. I like its design and how it adapts in different ways. It held perfectly on the windshield until I put my phone inside. He lasted less than 5 minutes and then fell off the windshield. No extreme temperatures at the time. Returned. I start looking again. I have an iPhone XR with a small case. **Edit*** My husband turned the suction cup part upside down and now it's been sticking to my phone for 2 days. See photo.

Very easy to install. Light, small and comfortable for my car (Corolla). I'm really excited because I can put it on the windshield or on the dashboard and it's absolutely stable. I was worried the phone would wiggle around or fall off while moving, but the clip is solid and secure. It also comes with a small clip to attach the phone to the air vent so I can use it when changing cars. It was a great purchase, I highly recommend it.

This phone holder is very disappointing! According to the instructions, I waited 3 days for the adhesive to set before I attached the cell phone holder. I then waited another 3 days before using it on my phone. It only held my phone for about 1 hour before it tipped over! I have an I Phone XR in a clear I Phone case with flat fingers. Unfortunately, width and grip were also problematic. I would not recommend this product mainly because the glue doesn't work.

I've been looking for phone mounts for hours. Previously I used a magnetic mount and a vent mount. I wanted something durable and adjustable. I love this one and have installed one in my Lexus RX350 and the other in our Tacoma. So far we are very satisfied. If we run into any problems in the near future I will update my review. Definitely the best car phone holder I've found after trying almost everything on the market. The expandability and the flexibility to change its position is amazing! The suction and stickiness wasn't strong enough to hold a heavy phone to the dash or windshield alone. I like that it allows for different mounting options as I can't use the dash mount due to my car's dashboard. Stickiness on the suction cup is no joke either. I bought this phone mount after purchasing a similar model that the seller is selling. Like the other model, this one is very well built and not flimsy at all. This allows you to position the phone in almost any position you can think of. The holder has strong "lips" that hold the phone firmly but gently in place.
