I like that it's very easy to get started with, has great documentation (although not as extensive compared other frameworks), but also provides several ways of doing things so you can decide what works best for your project/team needs at any given time! It makes building applications quick & painless without having too much code in there - just enough structure or boilerplate needed when starting out new projects / features etc., while still giving flexibility if required down-the line once established patterns are understood by all involved parties :) We've been using this tool internally within our team since we first got introduced into NodeJS about 3 years ago now :). Some people might find some aspects hard going from JS -> Typescript + Angular2+, however they're both pretty straightforward after getting used them over multiple days working together ;).
