When I first opened this up, it was a HUGE PAIN to take the first handkerchief from the roll and thread it through the opening of the hole. Do this over a sink or similar in case you lose some liquid like I did. I actually had to REMOVE the entire roll from the plastic case to find the end and then put everything back in the plastic case. After that, of course, every time I pull out one napkin, the next one will NOT come out of the little hole, so I've given up. I simply unscrew the cap and remove a tissue, then screw the cap back on. What a joke. The wipes are ok, no bad smell, they seem to clean well, but their surface is a bit smoother than some of the others I've used that cleaned better.
