I have had many great experiences with Bigshot! They are very professional, friendly to work for/with (both clients & employees), supportive of your success goals while managing expectations effectively - which can be hard sometimes when you're working w new people or trying something novel that may not fit their existing process flow / tool set etc..

The team at big shot has helped me create some really cool campaigns over time as well!! So far no complaints from my end but if there was anything i could change it would probably just b customer service training so they know how much we value our customers feedback :) We use them primarily because its an awesome creative outlet away form regular 9to5 office life where social media isn't always easy ;).
