In 2013 I bought my first Diego headphones. I really liked them (even more than the more expensive brands). They had such good sound quality and were so durable even in the harsh desert war zone that I kept buying them even after the first sets wore out after 2+ years! Over the years I have bought over 8 of these sets and have convinced several of my friends and colleagues to buy them. However, the last few pairs I bought didn't have the same durability as my original set. I take great care in protecting all my gear including storing it in waterproof cases for protection. The last 4 pairs I bought stopped working properly in less than a year. While I have never approached Jlab with a warranty claim, I must say that this was the deciding factor in my future purchases from their company. I'm trying to take advantage of their advertised promise of "LIFETIME WARRANTY". I will update this post with the results.
