I received these headphones less than 5 minutes ago. When I opened the package I was really excited because the headphones look REALLY cool and I love the flat cable design that doesn't get tangled. BUT once I started listening to music the sound started to disappear. I thought it might be my phone but realized it was the cord, if the cord is barely bent or moved near the entrance (where the rubber meets the cord) the sound disappears in either the left or in the right ear and sometimes in both

I've had a lot of Jlab products and I have to say they're worse than most I've used. I would say they sound very similar to the J2. You caught my attention because the product image looks amazing. I have been using JLAB headphones for a long time. I have J4M, J5M and now JBuds Diego. I paid about $12 for this one. It's really good for the price. I have ECKO UUNLTD STOMP headphones which I bought in a hurry during my vacation for $20.
