I've had a lot of Jlab products and I have to say they're worse than most I've used. I would say they sound very similar to the J2. You caught my attention because the product image looks amazing. However, they only look good when you take them out of the box. Disclaimer: I've only had them for a while and they haven't burned out yet. I will update this review in the future. What I like: 1. You look good. 2. You are a great price.3. It has a microphone (which I didn't use).4. They fit perfectly in my ears! What I don't like 1. The sound is pretty rough. There's almost no bass (especially compared to my J4s) Conclusion: If you're looking for really good headphones then these aren't for you. If you want to look very stylish. a decent cheap headphone that looks good - buy it. they are for you
